Per tutti is a cart made of steel, plastic and tharpoline which can be converted into a shelter during the nights. The cart aids the urban homeless to store & collect goods during the day and rest & sleep in the night. Most parts are identical and thus cost effective. The time and skill taken to conver the cart into a shelter is minimal.
