organic open-space : the visual boundary created by the nature by karina.borodaî from japan
designer's own words:
Nowadays the world is sorely lacking space, it becomes increasingly scarce and expensive. New systems are emerging as open-space areas, but these are not very pleasant and above all leave no space for privacy.
The aim of my project is to unite the poles in the same space and preserving a kind of personal privacy at the same time.
The vegetation plays the role of separation between the different fields.
It helps creating a partial privacy preserving the advantage of being able to communicate as well as being with the others.
The vegetation has soothing properties on people.
The vegetation is an environmentally friendly way to define and create an intimate space.
The vegetation improves the quality of the air in an area.
People can take care themselves of these plant walls to rest or relax.
The organic shape of these tables also intervene in the choice of the union of the poles as well as respecting individual privacy through plantations on each side.
The table united, the vegetation separate.
