Project was part of our school studies. Main point of the project studies was globalization. That’s why i participate this competition. I wanted to study oleds possibilities as well. Oooled as a product is simple Scandinavian design, where i have used my acknowledgement as a designer. I wanted to design lamp which has also multiple purposes as pendant or mood lamp. It could also work as a ceiling lamp maybe in smaller size. I also wanted to design lamp which consists from same shapes. Main frame of the lamp consist layers of thin plys of wood which are bent to its shape. Oled panels are installed in inner part of the frame. Casted aluminum frame works as a guide to wooden frames that attach to each other with powerful magnets. Also electricity is provided through casted aluminum frame.
