"nuSpirit" The concept of plastic recycle furniture designing is based on the sustainable design thinking for reduce the waste of consumer product, packaging or polymer material that the gigantic waste of today problem. The plastic profile casting production is designed for the local manufacturer who don't have the budjet of high-end mechanical to Recycle the waste in their area. Because it's a simplicity way to reproduction plastic to be a new thing with the wood machine that cheap to invested. This idea is designed by casting plastic with open molud like bake a cake. The furniture is assembled by modular system in one part. less of enerygy. less of waste on production. and new product is easily to recycle again.
