designer's own words:
the idea was to keep the same font but shorten the space, to make it easier to place. i also
wanted to keep the classic look of the logo to make it easier to make the connection to
moleskine and at the same time hold true to the company image of moleskine; culture
(through the classic font), imagination (through the format of the words and manipulation),
memory and travel (in the name itself), personal identity (through the variation of
color possibilities.
