The tiles I have designed are made from concrete; they are formed using a new technique which leaves them with a marbled grain transforming the material beyond recognition. My designs enrich interior spaces because the simple linear designs are calming and add a natural reference to modern interior architecture and furnishings.

My interpretation of decoration is in the metamorphosis of the material; creating a beautiful object from base aggregate. The contoured design is intended to emphasise the material and non-synthesised nature of the hand-made manufacture.
