‘Namaste’ is a modular lecture theatre, furniture product designed for a modern lecture theatre, where laptops are commonly used equipments.

Traditional furniture provides either smaller folding desks or fixed desks which occupy larger footprint. 'Namaste' has a unique overlapping desk configuration which allows a very comfortable and ergonomically correct sitting posture for longer period. Namaste’s efficient and innovative design is a powerful space-creating idea that facilitates easy movement through aisles. When not in use, additional aisle space is created as the seat and desk fold in. This makes for increased seating capacity by accommodating more rows in the same available space without compromising on aisle space or comfort. The folding mechanism for the desk and spring loaded seats makes sure that the classroom looks tidy when students leave the place. Also cushioned seats and back support ensure comfort during long lectures.

The product is designed such that it can be fixed in lecture theatres and auditoriums on flat as well as stepped floors. Adaptability to stepped floor plans due to in built height adjustment in under structure in the range of 0 to 180 mm. The product is engineered with common platform and standard components to offer multiple sizes and variants. Namaste is offered as a set of front, middle & rear unit. Middle units can be offered in multiples as per seating capacity requirements. The Front Unit comes with a modesty panel for a uniform look. The Middle Unit is a combination of seat and back with a common panel that helps optimize space. Also, the rear unit sports a back support for additional comfort.
