Foreclosed houses could be put to better use: publicly available services within walking distance would help reduce car use and bring neighbours together. Forget about mega-malls! Facilities should be available at human scale.

DEVELOP PUBLIC TRANSPORT AND BICYCLE LANES
Make every street one-way only and devote more surface to community-mantained gardens!
