designer's own words:
considering that moleskine is a brand recognized by its name, not an image, beyond the product itself, the proposed new logo comes from the idea of simplifying the isotype "moleskine" to something shorter, clear, easy to apply and faster reading.
the new logo can be applied to very many different materials and colors, and yet continue to read the brand.
an economic logo that comes from a head of underdevelopment.
