the concept of this moleskinerie logo is a combination of the moleskine products and the objective of a blog. the elastic strap is what keeps moleskine notebooks, journals and bags together and gives them their identity. this key feature is expressed in the logo by a vertical line. a blog is all about publishing people’s thoughts, opinions & sketches and this is expressed in the logo as a ‘doodle’. the vertical line keeps this ‘doodle’ safe forever just as the moleskine elastic strap keeps the notebooks, journals & bags together.
