Stress have evolved rapidly through the years following with health concerns. With the slightest bit of spare time at the end of the day, one should calm down and meditate to maintain balance of one's life.
Through eating meditation, both nutritious cares and mind balancing are converged as one. Slowly one by one, appreciate each portion of fruit served. The cutlery is designed to guide one's hand to perform mudras (hand gestures) which underlies tremedous benefits upon body and mind. Converging eating, a neccessary routine, with meditation encourages users to do daily practice. As a result, leads to true well-being of life.
