designer's own words:
MATSUYAMA BLOOM represents the true beauty of Matsuyama city by using Magenta color to reflect as Camellia of Matsuyama and Cerulean Blue color as spring water of Dogo Onsen at Matsuyama.
The gradation of water on colorful printed and folded (in order form) paper, it will spread through paper by its own direction, and create more colorful as blooming flower; which would represent the growth of Matsuyama city and the diversity of the culture heritage of the city as well. When the blooming flower is dried off, the flower will become more colorful and long-lasting to use as decorative item, such as a brooch or home decoration. It will be a reminder item of visiting Matsuyama city.
