lovehandle is based on an economical reasoning. we decided to follow the easiest way for creating a handle just bending an extruded hollow steel rod. the imperfections deriving by this process are not hided but they become the key element that characterizes lovehandle. at the curvature point (90 degrees) the steel rod will compress itself in the inner part and stretch itself in the opposite face, showing the real behavior of the matter.
we like to define lovehandle as the most honest handle, that doesn’t need to appear as a perfect object but that aims to show just what it is: a simple pure bended steel rod
