Lounge Wedge is a flexible and casual seating system. It offers two modalities: individual seating and community gathering. The modular, teardrop shape of Lounge Wedge allows the seating to be placed in a four-square arrangement creating an intimate group experience. It also allows for inverted, side-by-side seating so that two or more people can converse and share in a very informal and personal way. Each lounge is constructed of single-piece, urethane skinned Confor foam. This construction method creates a fun, durable, and easy to clean object. A foam rubber handle with an ABS plastic substrate is attached to the back of the seat. This allows the seating to be moved and reconfigured easily.
