designer's own words:

four pieces of 140x140mm OLED panels were used for this design. an OLED lamp needs at least four panels (140x140mm) to produce equivalent lumens as a blub. but i don’t want to design a huge table lamp. luckily, OLED is ultra-thin and have no heat issues. it enlightens me to design this lamp. it is a foldable design with two hinges for angle adjustment. after open it, user can slide up the OLED panel to adjust the luminosity depends on their needs in order to feel difference great light quality. the form is ultra slim so that people can be easy to recognize that it is an OLED product. user can fold it back to a "book shape” after use. It is better than other table lamps as it can keep your desk clean and tidy. Stainless steel and ABS provides it a strong body. The shape is simple and some parts are modular which can reduce the production cost.
