Light Life by Chung Jung from taiwan
designer's own words:
When we went on a biking and camping trip, we found that our packed tent took up a lot of space. We then discovered that we could pack the tent in the hollow space of a tire. Few people camp in the wild nowadays. Most of them camp on the concrete ground of an elementary school, where tent nails cannot be used. We therefore modified the poles to be made of memory steel that can be opened in different environments without ropes for support. When folded, the tent turns into a round shape and can be put into the hollow rim of a tire. A hidden rim inside further strengthens the whole structure. This creation was started from real life experience, and because of our curiosity, we continue to design light camping bikes.
