Made of acrylic stone, this kitchen is drawn as a micro-landscape. As the kitchen becomes more and more an autonomous place in spaces we live in, and as we lose more and more the knowledge of where ingredients of food come from, the proposal represents an independent element of furniture which can be placed everywhere at home and that remind shapes of landscapes. Inspired by the pleasure of cooking with natural ingredients and touch them: the essence of cooking, this kitchen tries to recover a “natural” relation with ingredients in their original environment. Following this idea, the “landscape kitchen” integrates recent and futuristic technologies treated as part of the landscape like tactile surfaces allowing turning on and off integrated machines like the cooking system, the removable screen serving as a television or a command panel, the oven, the tap, etc…
