But the final product itself often short lived and become a waste after it serve its main purpose to deliver the information. This beautiful scraps, abudance in quantity, is full of potential, both in color and texture. By deconstructing and rearrange the paperwaste, it become an object of beauty. A marble like-fibrant color piece that can be further use into an artwork or an accesories.

Rather than a product, Kontur stands for a craft technique that can be done by anyone with minimal supplies, most of it can be found in an ordinary neighbourhood. In Social aspect, It allows general people to indulgence themshelfes on an activity to crate a piece of art. The process to do kontur although repetitive and need one's patient, will feel meditative and the end result can come out interestingly unexpected. With additional sense of fashion and little craft knowledge, Kontur can be transformed into an statement jewelleries, one that state that we do not need expensive material to embelished ourself.

Material :
- Scrap paper
- Wood Base
- White glue
- Poly Urethane

Production process
1. Collect scrap paper from magazine or any printed material according to the desired color shade
2. Start from the center, cut the smallest shape.
3. Put the cut paper into another paper, glue it. then cut following the previous paper with small margin left between the previous paper
4. Do the process repeatedly until the desired size/shape achieved. chose the paper accordingly to create gradation or to contrast it.
5. glue the finished product on top of wood base
6. Coat with Poly urethane / mod podge (coating is optional since the layered paper is already structured and thick.However, Proper Coating can add durability and beauty of the product and add set the bar for professional quality product.
