Kinetic Pinecone Sculpture is build to mimic the dynamic living system with adaptive transformation in forms. It metaphor the human body system consisted by blood, muscle, and skeletons, translate into artificial system build by compressed air, pneumatic cylinder, and foldable structure. Thousands of tiny self-foldable units would acting together when sensing human beneath the sculpture, display fantastic visual patterns and atmosphere.
