ipeace: transforming a utilitarian product into a lifestyle accessory.

this project comes from the experiences of a commuter trying to find solitde on a packed train to read his book. after months of experimentation i wrote to a manufacturer of earpluigs for a free sample. bliss!

it became apparent that there was a need for a way to safeguard audio space in everyday life and ipeace seemed to be the logical conclusion. a simple annodized aluminium cannister with lazer-etched logo houses a pair of earplugs, which can be carried around at all times. i cannot tell you how much happier i am reading my book without all the unwanted distractions.
