Insertion is a design that combines hangers and basket.

After the laundry, hangers are no longer in need, and now you need a basket to contain dirty clothes. Control the size of the basket by changing distance of hangers which insert into the bottom.
When you need to sun-dry the clothes, just pull off those hangers when you want to sun-dry your clothes.
