I C U is a metal pan with an integrated ceramic layer attached to a refillable gas tank. In the ceramic layer a catalytic combustion takes place to provide the heat necessary for cooking. The gas tanks can be refilled in a loading station, which is positioned in the kitchen and connected to the gas net. The gas tank is suitable for all kind of i c u pans. The temperature is controlled by the handle on the tank.
