Aesthetically and functionally inspired by the radiator found in most automobiles, Hot Rod utilizes two fans to increase airflow across the radiator. A small turbine at the intake of the radiator converts water flow into rotational kenetic energy. A simple belt connects the
lightweight fans and the turbine. Since the air flow generated by the fans is perpendicular to that of natural convection, heated air spreads more evenly through large rooms. This product is ideal for buildings with high ceilings, large spaces, or awkward spaces where seating is not available in vicinity of the radiator.
