gelati factory sells homemade italien ice creams in strasbourg, france.
a large counter welcomes customers : behing the glazed showcase, candies and toppings can be chosen to customize his own ice cream.
the shop is divided into two parts, separated by a multi-functional wall containing five ice cream machines and storages.
a hidden door dressed with mosaic tiles leads to the back room.
both volumes, the counter and the central wall, define the shop organization and are coated by venetian mosaic tiles.
