in my work i am addressing the topic in a simple and clear visual play. when a person sees a poster from afar he only sees the polar bear, but when he comes closer he sees that skull is forming in the bear’s nose. that twist has an unexpected effect on the viewer and therefor the viewer remembers the poster and the problematic of endangered species. the slogan and logotype inform the viewer of the effort that tokyo design week is putting in this topic and reminding him that the earth was not put here only for us, but for our children’s children and their children’s children.
