Floating Link by Shizuka Hariu from belgium
designer's own words:
Floating Link
'We can touch the light as we touch the paper.'
The Floating Link creates a lighting surface in the space which looks like a thin translucent paper.
The LED lighting sources are installed in circle and connected to a programming source.
Slowly, the light rotates horizontally. Simultaneously, it moves vertically by interacting with visitors’ movements, by means of kinetic motion sensor.
One is sensing time and space by touching the light.
