Enve-Box

Enve-Box by Zhengliang Yeo from singapore

designer's own words:

The rapid rise of e-commerce in the past decade has led to a sharp increase in purchased goods being distributed via parcel postal networks. The Enve-Box was created as a self-sealing packaging solution that anticipates the housing of non-bulky fragile objects and documents.

Depending on the needs of the user, the Enve-Box functions as an envelope in its flat state, or as a box in its formed state. The scorelines provided will aid one in forming the box. The Enve-Box’s prism form minimizes movement of the packed object by decreasing the space of the void within the packaging and also discourages stacking – serving as an additional protection mechanism during transit.
