I’m interested to put emotion into watch design and its potential to affect us, a functional design that has a deeper effect than just superficial appeal. for this project, I took an ‘infinity’/’endless’ symbol (∞) as a stilation object, make it discreetly visible so people will recognize the visual symbol, perceive it, and subconsciously connect it with content, with the ‘feel’ that I try to communicate.

endless were created for a dynamic woman, sensibly high thinking, yet fashionable and has big passion on what she’s doing. combining elegance and function, endless is jewelry and watch in one design. made from (almost) 100% steel, endless, barely like its name, will not vulnerable to tarnish and oxidate.

the mechanism is quite simple, just like the ordinary analog watch in smaller size. it looks like a brand new thing by only using circles instead of arrows that show hour and minute. every part of endless design did not involve only aesthetic decisions but also function considerations. Its simpler, flatter, and lighter structure make it different from the ordinary watch design, more modern, elegant, yet young and fresh. But also make it practical and ergonomically friendly, not heavy, sweat resist with good perspiration, easy to use or remove, and also low cost production with less material requirement.
