Empty space by Sergii from italy
designer's own words:
Common incandescent lamps have started to get replaced by more up to date technology around 60 years ago. Until they were finally banned in 2010s. Nevertheless despite the development of lighting technology most of the lamps were still produced with the same form factor changing only slightly. And unexpectedly the light bulb disappeared, leaving only a glowing empty space instead. A space that was outlined by a bent sheet of rolled steel that holds it on the ground not letting the light vanish.
