This is a comprehensive design of how an urban building can be eco friendly,
sound proof, an art form, and also be architecturally sound.
Various layers such as porous 'breathable' concrete, moss and plant covered green walls,
and solar heat converting sound proof walls, display a fusion technology and art to fit the
result of being both eco friendly and aesthetically beautiful.
