The idea for ‘Eclipse’ came from research into the relation between color of light and sleep disorder. This bedroom lamp is inspired by the eclipse. 'Eclipse' creates an 'unforgettable' image. Its sleek design is made possible by LED technology, the LEDs follow the form giving a constant, thin curved ambience light source. The light has integrated speakers that can create a placatory ambience. A sleep tracking bangle measure the sleep pattern that synchronise to a smart phone app which also can be used to control both the light and sound. A specific light spectrum determined by the sleep pattern furthermore enhance the sleep quality before sleep as well as a wake up light function.
'Eclipse' is manufactured from ABS and Acrylic. A symmetry parting line enable easy assembly.
