‚drop’ is an eye-catching object made from porcelain and massive oak-wood.
The object represents a decorative as well as highly functional solution to present porcelain in a contemporary way.
The cast porcelain vessels can be suspended at milled gaps at the underpart of the board. The gaps are big enough to adjust the neck of the vessel. By drawing the vessel forward to the more narrow part, the gap holds the neck tight. Thus the vessels can easily be placed at and removed from the board.

‘drop’ is shaped in a clear and sensual way which is underlined by the chosen materials.
The traditional technique of casting porcelain is combined with the functional advantage of wood milling.
Thus an object of big clarity and pure materials can be presented.

Two applications have developed: ‘drop’ floral displays floral arrangements in an assoziative way and ‘drop’ storage is a practical and pleasing solution to store herbs.
