Hereby, I submit an original design resembling a dragonfly, and inspired by French Art Deco pieces of the nineteenth century. This «Dragonfly handle» suits gracefully in bedrooms, closets and studies. When I designed it I had cast bronze in my mind, but it can be made out of different materials and with different techniques. Despite its curved design, it is easy to manufature using moulds extracted from the virtual 3D model by means of rapid prototyping techniques. This model is for interior doors, so handles are mirrored. The wings of the Dragonfly handle could be hollow to make it lighter.
