We needed a divider in the room to create a studio space and a meeting area. Called DOUBLE-O, we combined two precast concrete rings, typically used to build underground water tanks, and bolted them together to form the skeleton of the divider. Reused, hand -polished plywood sheets formed the shelves.

This book shelf is part of the studio’s experiment to produce low cost design solutions.
