This is a revolutionary new LED lit birthday candle for use in e.g. children's birthdays and office parties. There is no fire hazard, due to the non heat-producing LED lighting up the plexiglass "flame". The light can be blown out just as a regular birthday candle, as it has small air gaps on top, allowing air to pass through to the internal electronics.
