Symbol on beginning of logo is a stylization of iconic diaries - Moleskine. Stylization comes from proportions of certain types of diares (specific dimensions - height and width). This section of logo provides a space for different color variants – two or more colors – as a Moleskine. Soft inclination of two elements have to remind of notebooks and vertical elements is a mention of brand´s stability.
Font - the word Moleskine is linking with the original logo, but with more modern vision. For identification with original logo is also use font with capital letters.
In this case is the design of logo clearly legible even in small size.
