The Pop Up Banking concept allows the brand to be located in a variety of locations to suit the target market. The flexible design allows the brand to utilise existing assets in order to enhance the impact of the site, increase brand awareness and drive traffic.
This allows the brand to break out from the confines of traditional banking locations. Not only does this have cost benefits with significantly lower overheads, it also allows the brand to go direct to the customer and be more approachable.
From initial awareness to customer engagement, this concept reinforces the brand across all touch points. The cube leaflet contains a QR code that links to the app to kick start the personalised customer journey.
The app makes the experience more personal and allows customers to have more control over their relationship with the brand. The customer can make appointments in advance, suggest locations for the bank to visit, or find the nearest location.
The unit can easily be packed for shipping and can be set up at any location. This allows the bank to launch into new markets with a simple and easy logistics strategy that utilises cost effective methods of transport and installation.
