sample 1: "curved beauties".
my purpose was to create a strong synthesis with a homogenous graphic profile, using two disparate images and moving gradually from one to the other, to provoke the interest of the viewer by challenging his visual perception.
these images are: a) the infiniti brushstroke coupe logo and b) a well known geisha portrait by katsushika hokusai. this masterpiece of traditional japanese art has been chosen to signify the high class craftsmanship and the beauty of infiniti.
the idea, strictly based on the philosophy of "curved visions", can be used for the production of a whole series, by different combinations of the infiniti logos and other master art pieces of high quality standards.
please notice that these images can be created as vector art and therefore they can be successfully reproduced on the numerous applications
of a wide advertising campaign (no matter their size or other technical restrictions).
even bigger 3d constructions in form of aluminum sculptures can be produced by the use of cnc digital cutting technologies, ("infiniti love" is a sample of such work). the images can also be easily animated in any kind of video production.

sample 2: "art in art".
this composition was founded on a same philosophy concept, but with some significant differentiation from the previous one. A photograph has been used as a main element.
the real world of infiniti (represented by the photograph) becomes one with the fantastic world of hokusai's art ("the great wave of kanagawa" ).
the xylographic character of the line art has been chosen to attribute the "wave" and a part of the infiniti car, whereas the photograph has been used for a realistic, detailed presentation of the rest. the motto "art in art" communicates the master class level of the infiniti cars.
even this idea can be used for the production of a wide series, by different combinations of infiniti models and other artwork pieces of high quality standards.
