The west coast of Korea is a very attractive place where the boundary of space is unclear on account of strong ebb and flood, and where has lots of potential energy.
We make a suggestion to use the west coast of Korea more efficiently by creating a space to enjoy nature under the sea.
This space would be a new kind of aquarium to provide people opportunities to be familiar with the sea and be also a environment-friendly space to use tidal energy in West Sea of Korea.
In addition, space lighting dancing on the sea make people happy to give them a visual pleasure.
