cute: the door handle is developed working on the careful bending of a tube with round section, but without opening at the other end. a natural shape is thus developed: both rational and anthropomorphic. the “leather-like” tube can be deformed like the skin of a human limb, a finger for example. such deformation which is evident on the surface, shall not be seen as a defect, but rather like a middle-of-the-way compromise between conceived shape and material deformation induced by the material characteristics and the geometric characteristics available at the beginning. a simple concept, but resulting from deep considerations.
