This is a building designed with elements which can augment human communication, complying with a design concept, “the more the communication, the more the energy is saved.” The floor plan is as follows: the 1st floor is café; 2nd library, 3rd a green carpeted garden and gallery; 4th a suspension bridge to connect the building to another; and 5th a solar energy-driven and –storing garden. The purpose behind this design is to replace thermal power stations from the traditional industrial age and to promote human-to-human communication in order to save energy. There is no electrically powered transportation means inside. People are to move around on foot. The energy needed to keep this richly light taking building operational is stored from the top where solar panels are located. May communications aroused by the design generate new forms of energy.
