i want to describe crystal as a material that is not only beautiful, but also a material that contains energy, able to absorb, to store and to effuse energy. energy is the essence of life, life is movement. a spread of crystals on a wild pattern upon a glass/metal plane depicting the movement of the energy of life.

basic tile 1, 2 & 3:
lines of pattern were irregular lines that will be connected to each other should the tile arranged horizontally/vertically/radially.every basic tile had 2 kinds of blurred area or blurred lines. ‘basic tile 1’ with full spread, ‘basic tile 2’ with small amount spread of crystals, while ‘basic tile 3’ without any crystals.

basic tile 4:
lines of pattern were depicted by dots, where every connection be glued with crystals. this basic tile has 2 kinds of blurred area or lines.

configuration:
tiles can be arranged either vertical, horizontal or radial by combining the basic tiles.

technique and materials:
lines of pattern were made on glass or metal plate sandblasting technique or metal-etching. the crystals were glued on the glass/metal surface with printed line pattern and crystal base pattern.

dimension:
tile modules are 20x20 cm
