A cradle made of wool hanging in a bamboo stand with a sleeping-bag of bamboo fabric.
The cradle is made of strong hand-felted Italian mountain wool which has a small micron and is strong and soft. Within the felt there is a structure of spun wool and a bamboo ring on the top. This gives the cradle a more defined shape. The wool stays flexible enough to adjust to the baby’s body.
Felt is a good isolator and gives protection against cold or warmth and noise. Felt also breaths and is humidity regulating. This results in a good atmosphere for the baby.
The stand is made of bamboo which is peeled into smooth poles.
The sleeping-bag is made of bamboo fabric. Bamboo as a raw material is hypoallergenic and organic. It absorbs 70-80% more liquids than cotton, while the drying time is 20% shorter, it is bacteriostatic, absorbing and breathable.
The construction elements are made of recycled aluminium, which is lightweight and durable.
The total construction can be disasembled into a small package
for transport.
