Being a youngster is all about getting to know you and exploring the world. In the modern world of these (young) people there is only one place they can really call their own: “Their bedroom”. The word itself tells only one side of the story (for youngsters), because these often-small rooms are being used in many different ways. All these different functions interact and sometimes interfere with one another. To bring the essence back into their furniture, we created the CoRe. The CoRe is one simple piece of furniture that the life of every teenager should revolve around.
In the first place there is SLEEPING (1); you can use the poufs as a night shelf or for sleepovers.
In the second place there is CHILLING (2); by adding the poufs and prehaps a sit sack or pillows you can create an atmosphere where youngsters can meet their friends and socialize.
In the third place there is WORKING (3); by using the desk with a chair or one of the poufs people can study, read or use their laptops. When there is a (wireless) LAN the can partisipate in an interactive study.
In the fourth place ENTERTAINMENT (4); with the help of the same laptop, (wireless) LAN and some pillows you can watch a movie or TV, listening to music and surf on the net.
