CO-LIGHT
＜BACK GROUND＞
Everyday we can see so many images.
But always our interests goes on to "the shapes that is made from nature" lastly.
This is exactly our "CURIOSITY" and this is our starting point.
We are a designer, mainly works on graphic designs in Japan.
Japan is a small island and has a lots of river.
Most of them are narrow and steep flow.
These river has countless stones and does not have the same shape as one.
When you find your favourite shape of stone, I'm sure you would want to keep that as your treasure and make it shine.
We wanted to make a product that has humans desire in it.
We hope our "CURIOSITY" will make everyone enjoy.
＜CONCEPT＞
When human's five senses reacts to certain an object and the phenomenon.
This is the moment when curiosity is born.For example,
when you try to collect your favourite shape of stone from an innumerable stones
on the riverbank, this act exactly comes from the curiosity.
"CO-LIGHT" suggests the design which will remind you a human experienced
memory by getting a hint from curiosity in the daily life.
＜HOW TO ENJOY＞
"CO-LIGHT" has a function of the interior lighting, but this product
will be new never before.
Humans have a desire to collect their favourite "shape" and place them
freely in the room.
Behind this act there is curiosity.
This product is like switching on your curiosity.
By adding user's curiosity to a function of the interior lighting, we
can find a new relationship between the light and the time.
1. Charge your collection, by putting on the dedicated tray charger.
2. It is lighted when more than 2 collections are touched each other.
3. The light will shine brighter by increasing the number of collection.
When running out of battery charges, the light will turns off slowly.
＜PLAN＞
"CO-LIGHT" will charge its battery by contactless power transmission.
When it is fully charged, the magnet built-in "CO-LIGHT" will be the
role of switch.It is lighted by touching each other.
Increases the brightness by linking more each other.
When running out of battery charges, the light will turns off slowly and
also gives the afterglow.
Charges its battery by contactless power transmission.
When the magnet's positive and negative is joined, the sensor will
detected and lights.
When running out of battery charges, the light will gets dark slowly.
