designer's own words:
the Cleaver Torch uses the rigid 200x50 panel as the main light source. It contains a rechargeable battery that would operate for portable use and can be charge while using as a night stand. The frame is made of machined stainless steal that connects to a pivoting cylinder. The cylinder contains all the electronics inside and the power connector is located at the end of the cylinder.

the handle/stand can be pivoted all the way to the opposite side in order to use it as an ambient uplighter
