cinderella by carla botosso from denmark
designer's own words:
The breadbox tales offset in the beloved fairytale 'Cinderella', more precisely in Cinderella's crystal shoe. It is about the idea of the transformation of an ordinary
object into something special. The breadbox combines function and fantasy of form
and transformation from simple box into an exciting piece in the kitchen. The three
airholes in the back of the box provide optimal storage conditions for the bread.
The lid also works as cutting-board. The small box functions as butter container.
