A can vending machine that uses absolutely no electricity. The cans are cooled via a cold water radiator principle housed within an insulated box, where as the cans are dispensed through kinetic energy created when the user rotates the appropriate disk.

Note: In order to work successfully it must be situated in a public building to allow for adequate movement of water through the radiator.
