Brief project description:

A bowl and a lid integrated in one object. It’s made out of porcelain with a diameter of 28cm and height 7cm manufactured in an industrial manner.

Concept:

All we want is a nicely set table where all elements blend as one and the food which is centre point at the scene wakes up our sense of hunger. Every item plays its role and here we present one in particular: the Bowl.
The object represents an art of design which is practical and shows simplicity in a very elegant fashion. When we take a closer look or better said; turn the bowl by 180°, we find its other purpose: the Lid. This tableware combines the needs in the kitchen to prepare a splendid meal and with a gesture a yummy presentation when used vice-versa. Very discreet in its form, this porcelain bowl gives us a two-way function and a junction between the table and kitchen!
