beautiful mess by alejandro cerón from netherlands
designer's own words:
it’s the context that surrounds a piece, which defines it as art or as design.
the beautifull mess Series questions distinctions between sculpture and design through the inclusion of the user in the creative process. the series, as a sculptural installation, aims to generate emotional responses in the viewer by provoking an interaction with the objects. beautifull mess leaves it to the viewer to decide whether a piece is a sculpture or a weird seat, depending on his or her necessities.
